The job:

As a Sales Specialist and Advisor, you will develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business, leveraging various tools and processes for book segmentation and engagement. You will drive revenue growth by developing strategic plans for your client portfolio. Utilize digital media expertise to engage clients, translating marketing goals into actionable strategies.

Your daily work will include tasks like the following:

    • You will manage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas. 
    • Educate clients on their opportunities using your digital media expertise and be an expert at translating their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies. 
    • You will be expected to achieve quarterly client coverage and depth of engagement goals. 
    • You will become a subject matter expert on the client’s advertising platform, features, and available enhancements in this role.


    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

    🎓 Work experience in digital media sales or account management. Experience in digital or social media will be considered an advantage; Experience in marketing or similar role will be considered a plus

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
