Barcelona is home to many great artists and painters, so you will always have plenty of art to discover. The city's most famous cultural masterpiece is Gaudi's work, the great cathedral "Sagrada Familia," which is one of the unique styles of modern architecture.

If you are not too fond of art and culture, you can spend the day on one of Barcelona's sandy beaches, just a short walk from the city center. While on the beach, you can enjoy some of the best Mediterranean seafood. The city has a reputation for being the most cosmopolitan, modern, and forward-thinking city in Spain. Although it is a very modern city, you will still find the old neighborhoods like the Gothic Quarter, where the oldest building in the city is located, and countless bars and stores.

The job

As a junior campaign and marketing specialist you will be in charge of improving and developing campaigns. Therefore, you will need to give advise and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales, but it is important to possess some sales oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Act as a trusted consultant onboarding customers
• Develop PPC campaigns
• Ability to understand customers' needs and goals
• Be responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability
• Handle a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls

Your qualifications

💭 You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
