The job

  • Taking care by any means of VIP Customers queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitoring the performance of clients and proactively target clients to increase performance.
  • Performing outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio.
  • Monitoring day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive experience. Go the extra mile to encourage customers.

 

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 Needs to be very outgoing, willing to talk to people. Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
