The job

With your profile is inbound sales, you will be dealing with customers (B2C) regarding tech issues, wifi connectivity, virus advice, firewall support. Once solved the Advisor/Agent will offer a recommendation on products/services/software as an upselling activity. You don’t need to have physical sales experience, but you need to be tech savvy, and be able to identify opportunities, and speak with customers in a bright, positive, and helpful manner.

Your job involves daily tasks like these:

• Answering calls: you will be the first person a potential customer speaks to, so it's important to always make a good impression over the phone.
• Performing external computer or Internet of Things (IoT) device security checks.
• Preparing security and performance diagnostics.
• Converting incoming calls into loyal customers.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in sales and/or technical support will be beneficial, but not a requirement, as the company will provide thorough training.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. You are passionate about technology.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
