About the job

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Daily contact with the customer via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries regarding the company's products and services
  • Identify sales opportunities based on customer needs
  • Provide professional customer service to new as well as current customers

The company has experienced significant growth over the last few years. In their Maltese office, 100 employees have their daily operations and you will work in a dynamic environment with colleagues from most of Europe.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
