The job

As a customer support agent you will be interacting with the respective gyms and clients on the phone or via email and chat. Some of your daily tasks include:

• Handling calls and mails from customers regarding payment issues, service issues, cancellations, and other product related inquries
• Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
• Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Experience with Microsoft Office

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
