The client is the 4th largest automaker worldwide and it is a mobility technology company comprising 14 automotive brands such as Citroen, Chrysler, Maserati, Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, and Alfa Romeo. They offer sustainable insurance products and services, and their Maltese office is based in the lovely city Ta’ Xbiex.

The job

As a VIP Account Manager you will be in charge of handling customers’ day to day issues and inquiries, via phone, chat, and emails - sometimes including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide the VIP with personal and ‘competition beating’ service.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Handle VIP requests with precision and speed
  • Proactively enhance VIP performance to maximize results
  • Initiate outbound calls to targeted client groups within your portfolio
  • Monitor daily VIP activity, ensuring a positive customer experience through timely contact

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you speak English fluently (minimum B1).

🎓 1-3 years of sales experience coupled with customer service skills.

  • 1-3 years experience in the online gaming sector.

💻 You are used to working and managing computer and computer systems.

💪🏻You can multitask, and you're exceptional at managing workload and deadlines.

🥇 Ability to work well under pressure. Diligence and reliability in the processes and tasks assigned
