The job:

As the new Online Casino Content Producer and Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer service through chat, email, and phone, as well as take responsibility for content production, translations, and processing documents related to customer account opening. You will interact with both Finnish and English-speaking customers. The office language is English. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Responding to customer inquiries through email, phone, and live chat. Maintaining active customer relationships and appropriate communication.
  
• Monitoring and addressing more complex issues.
• Participating in ongoing company development and customer relationship management.
• Receiving and processing customer feedback within the company.
• Contributing to both personal and departmental goals.
• Handling customer identification and receiving and processing required documents.
• Producing content for the website and social media (both online and internally).
• Translation work from English to Finnish.

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience with the online casino industry is an advantage, but not required.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. You must have the skills to negotiate with common sense logic when collecting debts, confidence and empathy.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
