About the Job

As a customer support agent, you will:

  • Deliver a high level of service, ensure player satisfaction, and handle all general inquiries.
  • Be a natural communicator via email, live chat, and occasional outbound phone calls.

Required Qualifications

  • You are fantastic in both written and spoken English and Norwegian.
  • You thrive in multitasking.
  • You quickly master new skills.
  • A super positive attitude.
  • Flexible to change in a constantly growing/dynamic environment.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communicator and an automatic problem solver (moved from what you will be doing daily).
  • You have experience and a passion for handling customers.
