You can always find a lot more information on the rest of our website.
There are several options for you as a job seeker, and most of our jobs do not require an academic background. Valid for all jobs is that you will use your native language skills – typically in an international office abroad. Due to the international colleagues, your training sessions will often be in English, but your daily work will always be in your native language. If you’re interested in English speaking jobs, we have a few higher positions available.
Most of the jobs we offer are in the customer care industry which means jobs where you learn to handle all types of people. For example as Customer Service Agent, IT Support, Sales and Marketing Employee, or Live Casino Dealer/Online Game Presenters. You can find jobs all over Europe, including jobs for Netflix, Google Ads, Microsoft, Audi, Zalando and Canon. There are also often jobs in the gaming industry, where you will work with sports, gaming machines and online gaming providers.
Sometimes it’s a plus if you have previously worked with customers part-time or full-time. Your work experience can be as Customer Service Agent, Waiter, Store Employee, Event Coordinator or other jobs including customer contact.
If you would like to work abroad, we recommend that you look at the opportunities on this page. You can also contact any of our recruiters to learn more about your job opportunities abroad.
We can help you find exciting jobs abroad in many different countries. We have a lot of popular destinations and jobs within the EU because the working conditions and salaries here are similar to what you are used to.
Our job offers are constantly changing depending on demand and season. However, they are typically in warmer European countries where you can experience a different culture and, of course, enjoy the sun! We always have several job opportunities in Greece, Bulgaria, Spain, Malta, Cyprus, and Portugal. Furthermore, we also have clients in Asia and outside of the EU, if you want to explore beyond Europe.
For more information, you can click on any of the destinations above.
The duration of your job abroad depends on your own wishes, the company you will work for, and the type of job. As a rule of thumb we always recommend to work abroad for 6 months as a minimum. Often the companies would like to hire you for a year (or more) as well, because they are interested in having good employees and a good relationship between colleagues.
But we also have seasonal jobs of 3 months duration and it depends a lot on what you’re looking for. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to speak to your recruiter about what your own wishes, worries, hopes, and limits are.
Most of the people we have helped getting a job abroad end up spending longer time in the country than they expected because time passes by so fast. In general the first 3 months are super eventful and you’re getting so many new friends and experiences, and you will maybe have family and friends coming to visit you too. So in order for you to get a better experience (and stand out on your CV) we recommend at least 6 months of work adventure abroad.

No, you do not need a work permit to work in another EU country, if you are an EU/EEA citizen. But if you are staying for longer than three months you will need to apply for an EU card that allows you to live in EU countries. The freedom of movement principle allows EU citizens to live and work in all EU countries without additional documentation (this right also extends to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland). However, you might need to register with local authorities and meet specific requirements for certain regulated professions. You can read more about working in the EU on the European Commission’s employment section and Your Europe portal.

If you like diving into new languages, we always recommend learning at least some basic phrases. You can use language apps like Duolingo, sign up for language classes (often provided by the companies we work with), and also visit EF Language Schools.
You can move abroad by yourself, with a friend or as a couple. There are pros and cons to all of the situations. If you consider moving abroad with any kind of friend it can be a really good idea to sit down and talk through practical and everyday stuff such as economy, bills, cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking vs ordering, going out/staying in, how you deal with potentially going out without each other as well as having friends and family visiting (from near and far and extended visits). Apart from the practical arrangements, life is fun when you can share your new core memories with other people – so it is very recommendable to move abroad together. Moving with a friend can cause you to interact less with new people compared to if you move abroad by yourself. But if this is a good or a bad thing entirely depends on your personal goals and wishes as well as your personality.
You can ALWAYS apply for a job abroad and we have demands for new employees in many different countries all year round. Depending on how short notice you can start your new work adventure, there will also be different options. Sometimes we can get you a job within a few weeks, but if your circumstances do not enable you to move within the next months, it’s harder to predict which offers will be available. But we guarantee that we can help you find good options!
