    • Be the hero our customers need! Assist them with their inquiries, requests, and orders by entering data accurately into our support tools.
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies.
    • Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs.
    • Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Slovak at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

    🎓 Experience in the travel industry as well as customer support is a plus.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills and has the ability to navigate data systems.

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
