As one of the largest global providers of customer experience products and solutions, they empower brands to build stronger relationships with their customers by creating meaningful connections that boost brand value. Since they are expanding rapidly, they are now looking for customer advisors to join their team!

     

    The job:

    Working as a customer advisor means that you are the first point of contact between the customers and the banking company. Therefore, you will be representing them as a company and providing professional advices and guidance with the incoming inquiries, questions, and issues regarding product defects, payment issues, general questions on content or products, and the likes of that. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers.

    Your daily work will include tasks like these:

      • Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management
      • Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures (you will receive all necessary training and tools for this)
      • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets - also in order to get performance bonuses.
      • Complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner
      • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
      • Identify and escalate issues appropriately
      • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
      • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem

       

      Your qualifications:

      💭 You speak and write Polish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

      🎓 Experience in customer support and the travel industry is a plus but not a must.

      💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

          💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver.

            🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
