As a Persian-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer in the content moderation sector, you will support quality review processes across multiple workflows involving sensitive and high-risk online content.
This is a highly analytical role where precision, consistency and critical thinking are essential. You will review moderation decisions, assess escalations and ensure policies are applied fairly and accurately, especially in cases where regional or cultural context plays an important role.
The position is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday. No leave requests are permitted during the first 8 weeks to allow for full onboarding and training.
💭 You are fluent in Persian and have strong English skills.
📚 You have previous experience in content moderation (required).
🧩 You have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
💬 You communicate clearly and professionally.
💪🏻 You are emotionally resilient and able to review sensitive online content objectively.
🌍 You understand cultural and regional context relevant to moderation decisions.
