The job

As a customer support agent for this client your duties include answering phone calls and e-mails from customers regarding general enquiries, comments, feedback and issues related to the company's service. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Solve issues regarding refunds, amend, exchange, ID problems, system issues etc
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Korean at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
