You will be in charge of clarifying the customers’ requests via phone, mail, and the client's social media. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
Your daily work will include tasks like handling inqueries about delivery issues, questions about product and content, reimbursement and refund, as well as payment methods.
💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
🎓 Experience in the the customer support industry is a plus.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office applications).
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)
🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
