The job:

As a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist you will provide technical support for Microsoft's customers. This will be done via phone and computer, where you have the responsibilty of looking into and resolving errors, issues and shortages of Microsoft products. 

Your daily work will include tasks like the following:

  • Handling Business Clients’ Technical requests via outbound calls, ticketing system and remote sessions; diagnosing computer trouble by telephone
  • Provide remote help to customers and solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use
  • For hardware problems, send orders, to provide customers with professional services
  • Help client solve problems with Microsoft products by analysing service performance issues
  • Determine case priority depending on the client's needs
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support


Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Hungarian at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

🎓 Experience in IT is an advantage, software industry and customer service experience is also a plus.

💻 You have an above basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Basic PC technical knowledge, parts, etc, how to install operations, softwares.

      💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

      🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
