As a German CX Specialist, you will support B2B clients on the German version of eBay. Your role will focus on helping sellers and buyers resolve issues such as payments, fraud, and disagreements about items. You will work closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer service, improve processes, and contribute to customer satisfaction and company reputation.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Supporting B2B customers via phone, email, and chat
Finding the best solutions for customer issues and inquiries
Handling and troubleshooting payment inquiries through client platforms
Brainstorming with colleagues to improve customer experience and business processes
Flagging, escalating, and resolving customer queries
Managing Trustpilot reviews and improving company NPS
Mapping and enhancing processes to improve the overall customer journey
💭 You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
🎓 You have an educational background in business administration, finance, or a similar field.
💪🏻 You have experience in customer-facing roles, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
