The job:

    • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails from users regarding
    • Helping seller in the sales process(account management) and buys if quiestions to ticket etc
    • Customer Service – provide e-mail and phone support to our customers to the required standard which ensures a good balance between productivity and quality
    • Ability to liaise with other departments as necessary
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum
    • Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world
    • Any other tasks as required


    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English.

    🎓 At least 6 months experience in the IT and tech support industry. Sales skill and experience of Retail is an advantage.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Good learning pace within IT systems, Basic knowledge to Microsoft office package

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
