The job

As a Outbound Client Advisor, you will be contacting potential clients for a energy company. You will be calling cold loads and warm leads, trying to convince them to switch to this energy company.

Your daily work will include tasks like:

• Calling prospects via the delivered database
• Selling the company with our pro’s, convincing the potential client to make the switch
• Closing deals and assisting with the digital contract signing
• Selling new client direct debit, e-billing and boiler maintanance
• Creating own opportunities by checking with the prospects via the database for potential other interested prospects

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a basic level (B2)

🎓 Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 You are self confident and resilient. You can be persuasive with your excellent communication skills.

🥇 You are responsible and are able to make decisions indepentently.
