As a Contact Center Agent you will be answering incoming calls, emails and do some general administrative tasks. You will be exclusively doing customer care, and no sales. As you will be talking to customers all day long, it's important to be a positive, confident, and professional person, when dealing with them.
💭 You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a communicative level
🎓 Experience on the phone in customer care is an asset, as well as experience in the caring sector
💻 You have strong PC skills (comfortable with working multiple systems)
💪🏻 Empathetic, respectful, and able to stay calm under pressure
🥇 Productive and result-oriented. Able to handle a high workload without losing quality. Flexible and open to feedback, adapt easily to changes and manage multiple tasks effectively
