As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide support for Odido, a leading Dutch telecom provider. You will assist users with mobile and internet services, helping them resolve issues such as contract changes, billing problems, technical support, or network troubleshooting. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth customer journey and high satisfaction scores.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Supporting Dutch customers via phone, email, and chat
Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide accurate solutions
Guiding customers through subscription changes, hardware setup (router/modem), and service upgrades
Escalating recurring or complex issues when needed
Upselling additional products and services such as faster internet or mobile bundles
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through empathetic, clear, and professional communication
Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with internal procedures
💭 You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
🎓 You have a background in customer service or strong communication skills.
💪🏻 You are motivated, empathetic, and able to solve problems efficiently.
