About the Company

The company specialises in dialogue marketing. In a role as service providers, the company are responsible for areas of both telesales and telemarketing: in addition, they also provide customer care through digital channels as email, social media accounts, messenger, web chat, video chat, and – very traditionally – via letter or fax.

The job

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and product support via phone, email and chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of international colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest information to deliver informed and helpful assistance.
  • Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues, contributing to the continuous improvemen

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
