The job

As a Danish Team Manager you will lead a team of approximately 5 to 10 employees, typically distributed across 4 to 5 client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for daily client communication regarding leads, meetings, cancellations, and goal tracking. Additionally, you will play a hands-on role in employee development and quality assurance. To provide the best possible feedback to clients and ensure stable results, you are expected to be active on the phones yourself and directly participate in meeting booking.

Key responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Oversee, coach, and train both new and existing employees to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
• Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day workflow for a team of 5-10 agents working across multiple corporate accounts.
• Client Relations: Handle regular dialogue with B2B clients regarding campaign subjects, meeting schedules, cancellations, and performance metrics.
• Active Participation: Work directly on the phones with meeting booking to gain the hands-on insights necessary to provide concrete feedback and maintain stable results.

Your qualifications

💭 You are a native Danish speaker and writer, and you speak and write proficient English.

🎓 Experience as a Team Manager or an experienced B2B meeting booker, looking to step into a leadership role

💪🏻 A natural motivator who enjoys onboarding, training, and developing staff. You have a proactive mindset with a drive to meet goals and support the overall expansion of the department.
