About the company:

For more than 15 years, this company has been working with direct sales and they deal with various tasks for some of the largest sports clubs in Denmark. Now they are seeking a Danish colleague to help sell sponsorships to local sports clubs in Denmark!

The job:

You will be trained in sales techniques and work as a sponsor agent. Your role will involve contacting B2B customers, where you will handle tasks related to sponsorship sales, appointment booking, and fundraising. Prospecting sales can be a challenging discipline to master as it requires a lot of patience and, most importantly, excellent communication skills. Some of your daily tasks include:

• Present interesting and value-creating sponsorship packages to local businesses and bring in new partners for your specific club.
• Manage your sales activities across different projects, clubs, sports, and regions.
  
• Maintain your customer base and take advantage of upselling, cross-selling, and additional bonus commissions.
• Become a representative on behalf of some of the biggest brands and sports clubs in Denmark and abroad (football, handball, ice hockey, etc.).

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, no weekend work

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🔞 Is at least 18 years old and has an EU passport.

🎓 You have experience in graphic design. Preferably experience with WordPress, MailChimp, customer service, copywriting, and social media.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills and are skilled at selling with a passion for sports.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough - but also responsible, goal-oriented, good at handling stress, and enjoys completing tasks.

👜 You are flexible, available, and ready to work here for at least 12 months.
