    The job:

    As the new Inside Sales Representative you will be in charge of selling products and meeting the needs from our customers by being in contact over the phone - this requires you to be social and have a welcoming and negotiating nature. Furthermore, you will be responsible for securing orders from existing or potential sales. This way, you will be ensuring that all customers are satisfied by making the process of product sales run smoothly.

    Your daily work will include tasks like these:

    • Maintaining customer relationships through the phone.
    • Provide customers with product knowledge.
    • Effectively manage all inbound incidents, such as calls and emails.
    • Collecting information from customers, solving technical problems.


      Your qualifications:

      💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).

      🎓 Experience in custumer support and technology.

        💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

            💪🏻 Ability to engage others and build interpersonal relationships fast, in order to create a solid base for selling.

            🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
