They make European companies and private homes more environmentally friendly.The business comprises of 27 e-commerce businesses in 15 different European cities, this role is for the Swedish business but the candidate may also have to cover other regions around Europe.

The job:

Your daily work as the customer support representative will be the same on days working from the office in Gothenburg as when working from your home officce. Your tasks include, but are not limited to, assignments like these:

  • Advising customers on the best lighting products.
  • Handling customer inquiries via chat, e-mail and telephone.
  • General administrative work for returns.
  • Gathering information about customer needs, answering them and reporting any challenges to the supervisor or team leader.

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

      💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

        🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
