    The job:

    In your role as a Customer Service Representative you will, as a part of our growing team, help Huawei consumers with information about products, technical support and other customer-service oriented questions. In your role you are good at coaching and guiding consumers to the right solution.

      Your job involves daily tasks like these:

      • Engage with customers on a daily basis through phone calls and email.
      • Identify and solve customer issues.
      • Document feedback from customers.

      Your qualifications:

      💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

      🎓 Experience in customer support is an advantage.

              💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

                  💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.

                    🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
