The job
In this customer support role you will be interacting with Danish customers, and only answering inbound calls. Some of your daily tasks include:
- Answer questions about flights, products, prices, fares, rules, cancellations and refunds, and online services
- Make changes in reservations - time and destination, or change of personal data
- Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals)
- Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
- Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Your qualifications
You speak and write Danish fluently (C1) and you speak English (at least B2).
Experience in customer service, digital service platforms, and CRM tools is an advantage.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong written communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
