The job

As a loan advisor, you will be responsible for closing the financing gap for SMEs in Denmark. Your daily work will include tasks such as these:

• Expand the Danish loan portfolio by closing incoming applications for business loans.
• Maintain pipeline and follow up on leads on a daily basis.
• Sell ​​to existing customers: Offer additional loans and additional products.
• Maintain relationships with customers through exceptional service, always solve problems and create customized offers.
• Guide customers through the entire process of applying to finance payout.
• Negotiate payment terms and make sure to meet customer expectations.
• Propose and negotiate improvements to company products and services such as restructuring and collection procedures.
• Collect the necessary customer documentation.

Your qualifications

💬 You speak and write Danish at a native language level, and you are fluent in English.

🎓 1-2 years of work experience in a bank or fintech, preferably within SME lending. Knowledge of SME lending products is an advantage

💻 Excellent sales skills, ability to work with CRM systems

🥇 Results-driven, disciplined and self-motivated with a genuine passion to grow and succeed

🗣️ Excellent communication skills with a good combination of commercial insight and financial knowledge

💪🏻 Experience in taking the lead in discussions, negotiations and when concluding an agreement
