As a German-speaking Sales Development Representative in the SaaS sector, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and connecting with potential clients in the German-speaking market.
You will play a key role in the early stages of the sales process by building relationships, qualifying leads and booking product demos for the Account Executive team.
The role offers excellent long-term growth opportunities, especially as this is a newly established market and position within the company.
Full-time permanent role with standard Monday to Friday office hours.
The onboarding and training period lasts approximately 4 weeks and is conducted in English.
💭 You are fluent in German and have strong English skills.
🎯 You are ambitious, motivated and eager to succeed in sales.
💬 You enjoy approaching people, leading conversations and building relationships.
🧩 You are proactive, structured and willing to learn quickly.
💻 You are comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
📞 Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
🌍 Additional Nordic language skills are considered an advantage.
