The job
As a German Customer Advisor in the banking sector (B2C), you will support private clients through inbound calls and ensure outstanding service quality. This role follows a hybrid work model, meaning 30% of your working time will be office-based. Fully remote work is not supported.
Your goal is to build trust, provide accurate financial information, and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Managing incoming customer calls
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
Building strong and sustainable client relationships
Providing accurate information using internal tools
Meeting personal and team targets
Documenting customer interactions and updating accounts
Working in rotational shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days per week, including weekends within 08:00–23:00 operating hours)
