Lilly is one of our recruiters from Germany and she is living in Cologne right now. Lilly isn’t someone who stays in the same place for a long time. Over the last three years she has been on the move. She started her journey in Lisbon, Portugal, travelling the southern coast with only a backpack and no plan. Next thing you know, she is converting an old camper van herself and she has explored Belgium, France, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria.

Furthermore, she has lived in Athens, Greece, for a few months, she's tested Tenerife, she stayed with a kind family in Italy who made her feel at home, and she spent quiet weeks on a sustainable farm in Sicily, caring for animals she quickly grew close to. These moments shaped her view of what life can be. According to her, there’s still so much more to discover. Now, Lilly’s excited to help others find a bit of that freedom too by supporting them in finding the right job abroad.

When she is not helping others to take the leap of moving abroad, Lilly loves to make her own music, but also practises other forms of art like painting and writing. Her goal is to do good to the world, and bring beauty and positivity into it. The advice she gives to those that want to move abroad is about understanding your feelings. If something scares you and excites you at the same time, it probably means it is something worth doing and a sign you are on the edge of something beautiful. You are the one deciding if you dive into it.
