💭 You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in the travel industry as well as customer support is a plus.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking and analytical skills with attention to detail.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 Have strong communication and customer oriented skills; Can be punctual and relied on; Are highly skilled to handle incoming inquiries successfully and give a useful guidance to the client.
