    The job:

    As a Customer Support Agent/Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers. Your daily work as an account manager will include tasks like these:

      • Inbound calls and email, live chat
      • Different volume with each project
      • All project efficiency and quality is important

        Your qualifications:

        💭 You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

        🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus.

                💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

                    💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. 

                      🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
