The job:

The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for handling all customer enquiries in a client driven environment regarding payments, customer billing problems, outstanding amounts and different debt repayment options in compliance with the company’s policies, procedures and related laws and regulations. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Initiate outgoing calls and process incoming customer inquiries
  • Careful advice on the products and services
  • Accurate tracking of overdue accounts, processing customer credits, and eliminating discrepancies
  • Securing payments by notifying you of the deadlines and consequences for not meeting the agreed deadlines

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Spanish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Minimum Secondary education. Experience as a debt collector is a plus. You must have experience in a call centre environment or have worked in customer care before. 

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. You are dealing with PC / Internet / Mobile and MS Office secure

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. You must have the skills to negotiate with common sense logic when collecting debts, confidence and empathy.

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
