        • Resolving IT issues of our clients
        • Act as first point of contact for the customer (Level 1 IT support)
        • Handle end user call and web queries.
        • Act as the first point of contact for the costumer. Precise administration.
        • Act as primary contact between customer and resolving group.
        • Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs.
        • Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner
        • Keep the user informed, own and follow up ongoing cases.

        Your qualifications:

        💭 You speak and write Slovenian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

        🎓 Experience in customer support - experience gained on an IT Help Desk is an advantage but not a must.

        💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

            💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

            🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
