The job:

If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey and contribute to creating a positive online experience for millions of users, don't miss out on this opportunity! Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • You will support customers who are users of various service platforms.
  • Customers will contact you via phone or email, and you will ensure they receive the best possible assistance.
  • If customers have more complex issues, it will be your responsibility to note them down and escalate them to your superior.
  • You will work in an international team, including colleagues from the Netherlands, Malta, and Germany.

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English.

🎓 Experience in customer support is both recommended and an advantage.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

      💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

      🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
