On behalf of our client, a growing Forex brokerage, we are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position of Retention Agent for their main office in sunny Limassol.

Your tasks include:

• Regularly contacting our existing clients and Ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Maintaining and updating our CRM Working with clients to engage in Forex opportunities
• Handling all client matters
• Relationship management
• Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure the delivery of quality services
• Regularly reporting to management 
• Retention of existing clients 

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in client retention and Forex sales
• Fluency in both verbal and written English and Portuguese
• Proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication skills 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
