The company

From sales to service and content moderation to credit management, we’re an end-to-end provider across all B2C and B2B customer journeys. And now they are are looking for experienced travel advisors to represent a multinational company in the travel industry!

The job

You will be responsible for ensuring that the company provides a world-class customer experience. Your main tasks will involve answering emails, messages, and phone calls from B2B customers around the world, and assist customers in finding solutions to ensure that their bookings and rebooking's go as smoothly as possible.

Your daily work includes tasks like these:

  • Responsible for handling all support before, during and after travel related questions for Business customers
  • Make new flight reservations in Amadeus
  • Change already existing reservations in Amadeus
  • Check rules and regulations for tickets regarding cancellation/change etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
  • Accurately logging all interactions via Client’s Contact Management System
  • Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Client’s Procedures

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 You have experience in GDS, HS Diploma or equivalent and travel business experience. Experience with e-ticketing is a plus. Amadeus reservation skills.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
