The job

Working in customer service means having different tasks and customer management every day. It is a diverse job where there is always a customer in need of your assistance or a case that requires your solutions. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive, calm, and professional attitude. In this specific job the customers are often calling with questions regarding payment issues, travel advice, prices, and bookings.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats from people going on vacation or people already on vacation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Answer players' phone calls and emails related to their console/network inquiries, etc.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support and potentially travel industry or tourism is a plus but not a must.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver.

🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
