About the Company

The client is GROHE and they are currently looking for Norwegian customer service representatives to provide support for customers with GROHE products.

The job

In your role as GROHE's Customer Service Representative, you will deal with various tasks as customers experience different challenges. It can be anything from leaking faucets, showerheads with limescale buildup, or incorrect installation of kitchen fixtures. Customers contact us either by phone or email, and it will be your responsibility to provide advice to the customer or arrange appointments with technicians.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Offer support to customers who have GROHE products.
  • For example, the customer contacts because his faucet is leaking, the shower has lime scale deposits, or the kitchen faucet installation fails. This can be done by telephone, but also by e-mail. You ensure that you give the customer advice, or you can schedule a technician to help the customer.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus. You are willing to participate in a one-week training program held in the city of Zoetermeer. If you live more than an hour away from the city, we will provide a hotel during that week. After the training, you can work from home, but if you prefer working at the office in Zoetermeer, you are also welcome to do so!

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
