The job

As an IT support specialist, it will be crucial for you to deliver good and professional service to customers who contact you.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent support to Norwegian customers.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience through handling phone calls, chats, and emails from customers.
• Handling issues and complaints both internally and externally.
• Updating customer information and inquiries in the internal system.
• Maintaining and updating the internal database.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and finding solutions to any product-related questions or problems.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
