The job:

    • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails from users regarding
    • Provide customer service to clients
    • Assist and communicate with customers via various channels, including phone
    • Answer customer inquiries and guide them if they have issues with the product
    • Handle complaints
    • This position is full-time (40 hours per week)
    • Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world
    • Any other tasks as required

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English.

    🎓 Experience in customer support is both recommended and an advantage.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
