Our client is a Swedish mobile gaming company and provider of online casino and sports betting services, offering table games, video slots, progressive jackpots, video poker, and live betting to various international markets. 

The job:

As the new Customer Experience Advisor, you will respond to and resolve customer inquiries through chat, emails, and outbound calls. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through different sources
  • Maintaining active customer relationships and appropriate communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of international colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies.
  • Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs.
  • Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience with customer support. Experience with the online casino industry is an advantage, but not required.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

          💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. 

          🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
