As a client renewal specialist you will be handling and maintaining relationships with the client's existing customers, in order to ensure renewal of their contract.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success. Working experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough. Ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
