The job

You will provide travel services for one of the most famous airline companies in the world. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Questions or issues related to luggage's or lost goods
• Rescheduling flights, change passenger information, answer to inquiries about flight rules
• Managing complaints and all the different situations related to the flight.

Your qualifications

You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in troubleshooting equipment such as DSL routers/gateways, wireless routers, access points, network adapters, multimedia networking products, VoIP products, print servers, and network storage (NAS) is advantageous.

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
