The job

In the role of the junior tech support some of your daily tasks include:

  • Handling customer calls, emails, and chats, as well as providing technical support.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to log calls and respond to emails.
  • Conducting independent research across various platforms to gather information.
  • Preparing escalations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Adhering to rules and procedures.
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Participating in training sessions and completing training/tests on the LMS platform.
  • Supporting the OMS platform.
  • Collaborating with higher-level support teams and reporting known issues.
  • Resolving issues with difficult customers.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in troubleshooting equipment such as DSL routers/gateways, wireless routers, access points, network adapters, multimedia networking products, VoIP products, print servers, and network storage (NAS) is advantageous.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
