The main purpose of the role is to manage content on the popular online video and social media platform. It is a very detail oriented role, where concentration and maturity is of high importance. Some of your daily work will include tasks like using market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community. Furthermore, you're in charge of making professional decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures, especially the data protection policy. You will also be spotting trends and patterns.
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer support or with social media.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills and creative at heart.
🥇 You are professional and thorough.
