The job

If this is your first work experience, don't be hesitant to apply - you will receive the necessary training before you start. Your main responsibility is to assist customers over the phone with every query related to any service related to car rental.

Your daily work includes tasks like these:

  • Receive incoming calls - convert the maximum number of these calls into sales
  • Achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders
  • Communicate all relevant customer feedback to facilitate on-going improvements to Team Leaders
  • Track all reservations on-request and provide the customer with an effective support
  • Be able to motivate colleagues while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns
  • Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls - ensure that as many calls as possible are handled and converted into sales
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner

Your qualifications

💭 You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

  • Word processing skills be able to type 25 WPM.

🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

  • Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
