    • Responding to client account queries via Email, Telephone calls, and Chat politely and professionally.
    • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
    • Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
    • Identifying and accessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
